![]() I set the timeout longer then around retry 42 it connected. It would not connect, it would retry dozens of times. I've only have mine for about a week so I have a lot of searching the forums to try to learn from, but I have a 1.3 cable and the connection was really bad at first. Odd thing, just after I responded to a cable mod probably fixing the "USB cable not responding" issue.Mine started doing the same thing. Too bad about the boost, I thought I would get away with not having to buy one where the logger would provide one. The software is amazing for the price, but still has some work to be done. I'll look into that when I get back to the 98-99 code. We could probably use the manifold pressure sensor on the 98s for boost logging too. There's no reason you couldn't install a pressure sensor and tie it into your EGRT input though. ![]() The Evos have a manifold pressure sensor, and they can modify their ECU code to reports it's readings to the logger. The ECU computes "boost" based on the amount of air coming through the airflow sensor. You won't be able to log boost properly since you don't have a pressure sensor in your manifold. I've got a few more things to test and then I'll post a correct 3S definition file for EvoScan. I'll also get test it out on the 1G cars and see if it's the same or not. I just need to get the conversion formula to translate it into something meaningful. I found the correct logger request for the speed on the 94-96 cars. He basically cribs Evo work from guys like Bez Bashni and then hopes it works on other Mitsus. ![]() Hamish is being very loose with his definition of of how many cars he supports. ![]() The EvoScan request for speed is wrong on pre-98 cars. ![]()
